Refund policy
Customers may return non-coffee merchandise for an exchange or full refund (minus the cost of shipping and handling) within 30 days of the ship date. Products should be unused and in their original packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of the return shipment. Once Kai & the Rain Coffee has received the product and approved it for exchange/refund, you will receive an email notifying you.
Coffee items are not eligible for exchange or return, due to food safety standards. Please reach out to kaiandthetain@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns about the coffee you receive.
